I did this Perler of Raven from Streets Of Rage 2. He's that Thai fighter that will show up and kick the hell out of your legs on the boat level. Just *smack smack pwack!* He sucks.
Your perler beads are really cool. There's a fighting game called Martial Masters. It's an old arcade game that never hit consoles. Could you make a character called Drunk Master?
Its not likely. Sorry for the late response but this went into another folder. I have seen many games and had to find this one since I've never heard of it.
